The Firm’s practice areas include business organizations; corporate financings; asset-based and commercial finance; bankruptcy; loan workouts; federal and state taxation; ERISA; municipal and public finance; administrative law and regulation; motor and rail transportation; real estate acquisitions, development and finance; zoning and land use regulation; and all aspects of representation for commercial property owners and managers.  Our litigation practice encompasses civil litigation in the state and federal courts of Connecticut; all forms of alternative dispute resolution; and appearance before state, federal and municipal regulatory agencies.  The Firm’s commercial litigation practice includes foreclosure and creditors’ rights litigation; contract disputes; business torts; and a variety of real estate-related litigation and appeals.  The Firm also acts as counsel to businesses which have one or no in-house counsel, performing general counsel functions for those companies.
