C. Scott Schwefel, Esq. practices in the area of litigation and represents clients in a wide range of matters including business and employment-related disputes. He has been lead trial counsel representing litigants in state and federal courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts as well as in mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Schwefel is a graduate of Boston University (B.S., 1991) and of Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D., 1996). Prior to joining Shipman, Sosensky & Marks, LLC he was the proprietor of the Law Offices of C. Scott Schwefel in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mr. Schwefel is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court (Connecticut and Massachusetts). He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, and Hartford County Bar Association.
