Robert A. Randich, Esq. practices in the areas of general litigation with an emphasis on real property, Landlord/Tenant disputes and general commercial litigation.

He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut (B.A., Summa Cum Laude in Economics, 1983), and of the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D., 1986, with Honors). He joined Shipman, Sosensky & Marks, LLC after eleven years with the firms Cohen, Wakim & Merlin, P.C. and its successor, Wakim, Merlin & Randich, LLP. Mr. Randich has had extensive involvement in various aspects of the development, ownership, leasing and management of retail shopping centers.

Mr. Randich also has an extensive record of public service. He served on the Newington Town Council from 1987 until 2001 and as Newington's Mayor from 1995 until 2001. He currently serves as a Probate Judge for the Newington District. He is a past President of the Newington Student Assistance Fund, Inc. and the Newington Rotary Club.

Mr. Randich resides in Newington. He is admitted to the Connecticut bar and a member of the Litigation Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
